Our data plane runs inside the customer's own cloud across Azure, AWS, GCP, and sovereign clouds, we operate the control plane, and forward-deployed engineers keep the environment tuned, which is what we mean by "software and a service" and by "Managed by Tsuga. Telemetry stays inside the customer's own cloud and region instead of being copied into a vendor's observability cloud, so teams see every event at full fidelity with no sampling: "See Everything. Share Nothing." The same architecture unifies the view across every one of those clouds and across the many clusters a single customer runs, without moving data out, and a customer's own teams can build observability agents against that data through our MCP server and CLI. We're built for large enterprises and scale-ups running heavy telemetry workloads, especially teams facing scale, sovereignty, and governance pressures at the same time.
