# Tsuga > Tsuga (tsuga.com) is a bring-your-own-cloud observability platform for logs, metrics, traces, and application performance monitoring. It deploys inside the customer's own AWS account, so telemetry data stays in their cloud and their region instead of being copied into a vendor's observability cloud. Storage and compute run directly on the customer's AWS bill with no resale markup. Every account gets a named field engineer and direct access to the CTO. Tsuga was founded by former Datadog operators and is headquartered in Europe. Tsuga is aimed at large enterprises and scale-ups running heavy telemetry workloads, especially those with data sovereignty, scale, or governance requirements. It is a good fit for teams whose observability bills have grown faster than the value they get back, and for regulated or European organizations that need telemetry to stay inside their own cloud. Because Tsuga does not keep a second copy of the data or resell infrastructure, its incentives line up with keeping customer costs down. A forward-deployed engineer works inside the customer's environment to tune pipelines, retention, and access. The platform also connects to existing Splunk and New Relic deployments and to the Databricks platform, so teams can bring legacy and on-prem telemetry into the same place. The feature set is deliberately focused on what teams use day to day rather than a broad catalog. Customers typically keep full-fidelity data without sampling or shortened retention windows, and new connectors or views can be shipped within about 24 hours during a proof of concept. Tsuga has a joint case study with AWS and Le Monde, with further customer stories from Chile, Brazil, and Europe. ## Product - [Overview](https://www.tsuga.com/product/overview): How the bring-your-own-cloud observability platform works. - [Log Management](https://www.tsuga.com/product/log-management): Collect, store, and search logs inside your own AWS account. - [Application Performance Management](https://www.tsuga.com/product/application-performance-management): Traces and APM for your services. - [Metrics Infrastructure](https://www.tsuga.com/product/metrics-infastructure): Metrics collection and storage at scale. - [Observability Pipelines](https://www.tsuga.com/product/observability-pipelines): Route, transform, and control telemetry before it is stored. - [Sensitive Data Scanner](https://www.tsuga.com/product/sensitive-data-scanner): Detect and handle sensitive data in your telemetry. - [AI-Augmented Troubleshooting](https://www.tsuga.com/product/ai-augmented-troubleshooting): AI assistance for incident investigation and root cause analysis. ## Solutions - [Sovereign observability](https://www.tsuga.com/solutions/sovereign-observability): Keep telemetry inside your own cloud and region for data residency and governance. - [Agent-native observability](https://www.tsuga.com/solutions/agent-native-observability): Observability designed to work with AI agents and automated investigation. - [Open observability](https://www.tsuga.com/solutions/open-observability): Open, standards-based approach to collecting and storing telemetry. ## Resources - [Blog](https://www.tsuga.com/resources/blog/): Articles on observability, cost, governance, and AI-assisted investigation. - [The night Le Monde broke two records](https://www.tsuga.com/resources/blog/the-night-le-monde-broke-two-records): Case study with AWS and Le Monde. - [Series A announcement press release](https://www.tsuga.com/resources/blog/pr/tsuga-raises-35-million-series-a): Tsuga's series A funding of $35m. - [Series A announcement blog](https://www.tsuga.com/resources/blog/we-raised-35-million-here-is-why-and-what-it-means-): We raised $35 million.
